Great, just what we need, more groups and no jobs. Its the economy stupid, its not going to change so dont force us into denial to increase your own self-promotion efforts. This is not the way to find a job.

Thank you for your comment. You're right, this is not THE way to find a job. Joining a group alone doesn't do it, but it does help you to get out in front of a lot of other professionals, recruiters, employers and other individuals who may be able to help link you to an opportunity.
